The present perfect is used to talk about actions in the past that happened at an indefinite time. It doesn't matter when it happened (my first example). It is also used to express actions that happened in the past but have an effect on the present (my second example). My third example shows that an action started in the past is still continuing in the present.
The present perfect tense of "proven" is: "I had proven". It combines the present in the past tense.
The present perfect tense of burst is:I/You/We/They have burst.He/She/It has burst.
"To have destroyed" is the present perfect of "to destroy". For example: I have destroyed, he has destroyed.
Am is the present tense, first person singular conjugation of be. The present perfect tense of be is have/has been.
