They are called phototrophs. They are photosynthetic organisms
Respiration take place in all.Photosynthesis take place in auto phototrophs
A producer. (e.g. plants, fungus, etc) or an autotroph.
One decomposer of the grasslands would be a mushroom. It can be found in moist areas near dead organisms such as leaves.
Some protists are phototrophs ie they get energy via photosynthesis. . Energy from sunlight is used to convert carbon dioxide and water into organic materials to be used in cellular functions such as biosynthesis and respiration. Examples are: Algae, Dinoflagellates or Euglena .

Autotrophs can be phototrophs or lithotrophs (chemoautotrophs). Phototrophs use light as an energy source, while lithotrophs oxidize inorganic compounds, such as hydrogen sulfide, elemental sulfur, ammonium and ferrous iron.

A chloroplast
Respiration take place in all.Photosynthesis take place in auto phototrophs
Photosynthesis for phototrophs, or chemosynthesis for chemotrophs.
There are various words to use: Phototrophs - photosynthetic organisms that use sunlight to make food. Autotrophs - organisms (including phototrophs) that make their own food and don't have to chase it down or catch it like animals (heterotrophs) do. Producers - the energy producers (capturers) in a food chain. Plants are the producers of terrestrial food chains. They are autotrophs in that they can make their own food. They are phototrophs in that they use light to carry out the reactions to make that food (photosynthesis).
Idk I'm not asking this question but I need this answer so if anyone knows please type it in or forever hold your peace
