Watch your energy as you do lite cardiovascular walking. Start walking on hills that arent too steep, but will just begin to challenge you. keep candy with you in case you fatigue, and drink sips of water during and after. the candy is emergency energy. If you have type 1 Diabetes check with your doctor, if you have type 2 walk lightly, and increase intensity as you get to know your body.
