The fastest, most accurate way of answering your question is for you to take a large piece of paper.

On the top left hand corner of that paper write 22 divided by 7 and by long division get the answer yourself.

Most modern calculators do not have a screen large enough to provide a faster answer. Many spreadsheet programs will only calculate the answer to a certain number of digits.

Above is wrong.. that is a Pi approximation accurate to 2 decimal places...

22/7=3.14285714....

Whereas pi to the same number of decimal places above =3.14159265....

So you can see the immediate INACCURACY of using 22/7.

to 30 d.p.=3.141592653589793238462643383279 (unrounded)
