The common first signs of puberty for a boy is he will notice a change with his genitalia. He will sprout some fine pubic hair and his testes will begin to increase in size.

For a girl she will notice her breasts changing in shape, texture and beginning to grow. She will begin her periods.

Well usually it is different depending on the person for example when I was 8 my armpits started to sweat. More examples would be growth of the breasts, hair in different places, mood changes, and a big one for guys wood be that you feel incoordinated. Puberty usually starts tor girls 8-10 and usually ends by 14 for guys it usually starts 10-14 and ends around 17. But, remember it could always start earlier or later.
