Other than missing a period, there is really no way to say. Everyone is different. Tender, very swollen breasts were one of the first things I noticed. Fatigue, morning sickness hit me every time, too.
Different people have different sympotoms, some of the more common symptoms are sore breasts, nausea throughout the day (not just in the mornings), having to urinate alot, weird strange cravings to food, you may start wanting food that you normally dispise, and as weird as this may sound some people even have a strong sense of smell. Hope I have helped.
Your symptoms of pregnancy will usually appear anywhere from the first week of your expected period to 1-2 weeks after your first week of expected period. Your first signs of pregnancy most commonly include: * missed period * tender/swollen breasts * change in color of the breasts * fatigue Here is a link to a website that will calculate the probability of your pregnancy: http://www.thepregnancytest.com/
I think the most obvious and first tell tale sign would be a missed menstrual cycle, but, some times they can come late and everything is ok, but if you have missed yours by a significant amount of time I would get a pregnancy test.
"Chadwick's sign" is also a tell tale sign which is a bluish discoloration of the vulva.
Then there is always "morning sickness" too, which is feeling nauseous upon awakening.
