In Eph. 4:11-12 they are listed as five apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepherds and evangelists. To equip the saints for ministry.
There are actually 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit, as follows.
A word of wisdom, a word of knowledge, discerning of spirits. Miracles, faith and healing. tongues, interpretation of tongues and prophecy. Also, to equip the saints for ministry !
These are the only gifts that I know of but as the above answer suggests , there are other areas of service.

Saints can use their gifts and talents for the good of the church to build up the Body of Christ.
The Sacraments are Christ's Gifts to His Church. Every Sacrament we receive, we receive Him.
