What are the function of the eggs?

In the culinary world the function of eggs is only limited buy the person using them. They can be eaten raw, not very tasty. You can use them for breakfast, custards, curds, cakes, cookies, liasons (thicken a liquid), binder agent ie. meatballs, emulsification. The possibilities are quite endless.
