The bad things about wind is that it makes alot of rubbish throughout the day.
2. The good thing about wind is you need fat people to stand in front of you so they can stop the wind.
Wind power like any power has no good or bad. It is what it is. It is an engineering problem to interface wind power to the demand for power. Pollution controls are not needed as part of the interface but load smoothing is part of the interface. noise abatement might be part of the interface, transmission to consumption centers may be part of the interface. Good and Bad arenot the issue, interfaces are.
Wind power depends on using wind to make electricity.
totally depends on your definition of bad weather. wind could be good and bad depending on which direction. the ball won't go as far if it is raining. and if it is extremely cold, the ball won't travel as far
If it's the kind of wind vane I'm thinking of, it has a pointy end and the tail end. The tail end has fins or other things sticking out of it that catch the air and create drag. So that end will go 'downwind" or the way the wind is GOING. The other end of this stiff metal object will then point INTO the wind, meaning it points the direction the wind is coming from. This narrow pointy end does not give the wind much resistance compared to the tail. So that's why the tail end goes downwind and the stick or bar pivots on an axis and the pointy end points into the wind.
To see from wich way the wind is blowing. eg: if the arrow points to the east= wind comes comes from the east.
good points include free energy bad points include they take up lots of room
Bad points.
The quotation is "it is an ill wind that blows nobody any good." This is from Shakespeare. An "ill" wind would be a bad or unpleasant wind - but the quote means that even a bad wind can result in good things in the end.
There isn't many good points apart from that the source of the energy is free. :) xx
Good points - Zero. Bad points - yet another unjustified intrusion by officialdom into personal privacy and freedom.
good points: clean, safe, cheap bad points: only generate small amount of power, causes earthquake
good is serve people and bad is to make schams
its smellyy
The good points about wood are that its strong but the bad point is that it can get damp or termites can eat it.
Which Henry III - of France, England or the Holy Roman Empire. Each one had good points and bad points. None could be considered bad.
bad is it explodes and people die and good is they don't usually explodes
the good points on up thrust is that it keeps boats floating also it makes parachutes work there aren't any bad points except that it costs money
