∙ 14y agoWith very few exceptions- rifle and shotgun, yes. Handgun, no. One of the exceptions are the members of the US Military that have a permanent duty station in Texas, but another state is their home of record. The ATF has ruled that those persons have more than one state of residence for purposes of buying a gun.
