If u want to buy masterballs in pokemon emrald, theres only one way. First go to pokemart, then at the left side there is a note on the counter, there are four blank spaces, you need to type, "MASTER BALL IS BEST". And then the attendent will say thank you for feedback. Then it will be available in pokemart. And if it does not appear, then switch off your game and start the processes again, and before doing these dont forget to save to save the game. Its chances are very low, but it do works, i m still using those masterballs, its probability is aprox 1 in 67 chances.
