Well, ignoring the fact it can kill you, I will list what harm it did me:
Cold feet. (seems like a small thing, but cold feet 24/7/365 is not fun!)
Loss of taste.
Loss of smell.
Loss of Libido (Desire for sex)
Poor sexual performance (lack of stamina)
Feeling bad in the morning. (Alcohol gives a hangover, smoking does too!)
Loss of partner (can no longer stand the smell of the smoke or you)
Loss of money (fags cost)
I could go on.
On the plus side:
Noting!
Try to get him to quit smoking. Good luck and God Bless:) * Educating a person about the facts is usually the most productive way of helping to change someone's mind about any issue. Quit Smoking Com, http://www.quit-smoking-stop.com/harmful-smoking-effects.html

Yes. Smoking around anything with lungs can be harmful.
Both smoking 1 cigarette and smoking 1 joint can be harmful to your health, but smoking a cigarette is generally considered more harmful due to the presence of numerous toxic chemicals and carcinogens in tobacco smoke. Smoking a joint also exposes you to harmful substances, but the overall health risks are typically lower compared to smoking cigarettes.

Any amount of smoking is harmful to your health. Ten cigarettes a day is most likely not as harmful as smoking, say, a pack a day. But it's still FAR worse than not smoking at all. Furthermore, since there have been few studies when it comes to light smoking, it is difficult to say how the dangers of smoking, say, 10 cigarettes a day compares to smoking a pack a day.
of course it is unless its not toxic
