What are the harmful substances we must avoid and why?

junk food, fried food, outside open food, refrigerated food, reheated again n again kind of food, beverated drinks, dark coloured food or drinks, uncovered food, oily items etc.

also any food has 2 be chewed n eaten, never eat a large serving or quantity at a time. eat in the form of small meals or small servings, this helps in the digestion and also there will be less fat accumaltion in your body.
