There is no height requirement as height is no longer considered a bona fide occupational requirement so selection based upon height would be discrimminatory. However, there are requirements for either weight relative to height or body fat ratio.

There are many applicants for few spots. In addition to the education requirements, there is also the physical fitness requirements, and that's only if you pass the polygraph and background investigation. It's easier to get into the FBI in another position (e.g., an analyst) and then apply to be a Special Agent.
