If you hold it towards a source of light you will see a face in the right side of the 10 dollar bill. (if you are looking at the front of the dollar)

MoreThe hidden picture is a watermark, one of many anti-counterfeiting features on all US bills except for $1 and $2. There's also "microprinting", lettering that is so small it's almost impossible to see and appears only as a blurry line until you put the bill under a high-power magnifier. The Treasury has other hidden features that they won't document because they want to make it as difficult as possible for counterfeiters to make copies.
