if water are converted to residential area on day will come when the sea will take its place back. like the incedent happned in year2004 during the tsunami in the Indian ocen the land whic was captured by humans by filling it was taken back by the sea. now the residential area is sea again. or in other word we can say whwn the water level will rise it take back or submerge the captured land.
