Azimilide is currently being evaluated for its use in atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, and PSVT. Additionally there were phase III trials being conducted for ventricular

tachyarrhythmias and in patients with ICDs.

The drug has not yet been approved by the FDA and thus has no labeled indications at this time.
