There are no known interactions between Concerta (a long-acting methylphenidate/Ritalin type compound) and birth control pills. However, idiosyncratic reactions are always possible. Consult with your physician, if you have any concerns, in your particular case.
There are no similarities between Concerta and Hydrocodone. Concerta, is used for ADHD, and is a stimulant. Hydrocodone is an opiate pain reliever, used for moderate to severe pain.
Tamsulosin (Flomax) was originally marketed by Astellas Pharma but was made by Yamanouchi Pharmaceuticals. Astellas Pharma acquired Yamanouchi Pharmaceuticals and thus now owns the rights to Flomax. However since the Flomax patent expired in 2009, the generic Tamsulosin is made by multiple generic companies worldwide.

Answer: Concerta and Adderall aren't very much different at all, except Adderall is more effective and Concerta has less side effects. They both are dopamine reuptake inhibitors. Adderal just seems to be more potent. Concerta is less addictive as well. hope this helps, Megan.******
