It all depends on how long and the amount of hours you already have I would say. If you are new and have your instrument/commercial/instructor ratings then be an instructor so you can accumulate hours. Once you get the thousand or so hours required get turbine rating. I would recommend working as an instructor at a busy FBO where commercial and private companies do business. This way you get to know people. Talk to them. That is the best way to find out about jobs. That is my two cents. Good luck.
