Breaking Dawn was both a two-part book and movie in the Twilight series about vampires and werewolves. There is not a third part of Breaking Dawn in either book or movie form.
Breaking Dawn is still a fairly new book, so it is not yet available in the public domain. This means that it cannot be read for free online legally. However, it can be purchased in e-book form. See the related link below.

no ~ she doesn't die, but she was close - she gets turned into a vampire though.
Nobody can answer that, you have to form your own opinion. Personally I didn't find it boring at all.
Jacob is in Breaking Dawn a fair bit, but there is a lot of him in his wolf form. The book itself is divided into three books: Book one- Bella (the story from Bella's point of veiw), Book two- Jacob (From Jacob's point of veiw) and book three- Bella (Again from Bella's point of veiw.). A lot happens in Breaking Dawn (I wont give it away) but Bella and Jacob remain friends at the end.
They do in Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. In Eclipse there is a war between new born vampires and vampires and werewolves. In order to defeat the new born vampires the other vampires and the werewolves must form an alliance so the people in Forks are safe. In Breaking Dawn, Jacob finds out Bella is pregnant and wants to keep the child but everyone is afraid the child is dangerous so Jacob and Edward form a truce to try and get Bella to get rid of the child.
Breaking Dawn (the fourth book in the Twilight Saga) is already out in book form and the realese date is yet unknown as the film itself is not yet made.
