You can have a fully loaded handgun (full magazine and one in the chamber) either in the open or concealed in your car and you are not required to inform police unless asked directly if there is a firearm in the vehicle. Long guns (rifles and shotguns) are able to have a full magazine, but nothing can be in the chamber. I do believe the laws are under C.R. 18.204 I forget the subsection, but opencarry.org also has great links.
It depends on where you are. In the U.S. different states have different laws.
Not if you register your gun and pass backroung tests so if i went into the back hills without registering my gun and killed to survive or protect myself would i be a criminal
Depends on where you are and what you are doing.
You local police can tell you under what circumstances it is legal to do so.
Gun laws are dependent on your State. In Texas there is no requirement to register or license guns. A person who carries a gun on their person must have a Concealed Handgun License (CHL), but not the gun itself. It's legal to have a gun in your car without having a CHL.
Depends on the law where you are, and whether it is legal to have a gun, and what you were doing with it. Without that information, we cannot even guess at an answer. Sort of like "what is penalty of having car?"
Yes, not knowing is not a legal defense. The law will treat you as an accessory. Here is an example; Let's say your friend goes into a store and robs it. You are sitting in the car and have no idea what this person is doing. He uses a gun which makes it a armed robbery. After he gets into the car he tells you what he has done. Unless you get out of the car and call the police you are an accessory to the crime that was committed. You will get jail time as well for just being there. Not knowing that there was a gun in the car is about the same thing. It is illegal to drive in CA with a gun that is not in a locked gun case, unloaded, and in the trunk of the car. The person would need a concealed weapons license for it to be legal.
You will need a lawyer for a legal, current and correct answer.
There are semiautomatic versions of the Tommy gun (Thompson sub-machine gun). They are legal to own. A fully automatic Tommy gun is legal in Texas only if you have the federal license.
It can be a really bad idea for people to give specific legal advice over the internet. It sounds like you should contact an attorney.
Suppressors are legal, yes.
Yes, it is perfectly legal to use a stun gun in Delaware.
No, even if you have a legal CCW permit in SC, it is not recognized by GA. These states do not have reciprocity with one another.
Hand gun - 21; long gun - 18
Actually, it is legal to kill a man when he is pointing a gun at you because it is considered self defense. You may be sued but it is considered legal.
