Digimon Frontier.....SPIRIT EVOLUTION YEAH!
They probably won't continue working on this storyline. Digimon Frontier doesn't seem to leave any kind of hook for a sequel given pretty much the entire population of the Digital World died and regressed into eggs and the Digidestined were not allowed to even keep their Digivices in the end. It has a definitive "The End" feeling. By the way, making a sequel for any season is sadly considered a risky move for Toei Animation given the mixed reception they always receive and how they are only willing to make new seasons in intervals of at least 3 years. On the Legendary Warriors things are a little better. We will most likely not see the characters from Frontier again in anything that is not a crossover, but given they are Digimon species like any other there is nothing stopping different incarnations of them from appearing in other seasons. For example, some members of the Legendary Warriors group like Mercurymon were seen in Digimon Xros Wars. They were not the same characters from Frontier, of course, but they are still appearing in a sense. If a seventh season is greenlit they may go back to using their members.
