Also in the relations between India and China is also slowly progressing in a positive way. Although both countries have had some military struggles there has also been peace. In 2009 The Prime Minister of India stated, "I reiterated India's abiding commitment to nurture and consolidate the strategic partnership with Russia." He states that the budding relations with the US or any other country would not interfere with the relations between New Dahli and Russia.
