∙ 14y agoThere are many variations but from my understanding the ingredients in a haggis are the sheep's pluck (liver, lights (aka lungs), and heart), with spices, onion, suet, spices, salt) all chopped up and boiled for a few hours in the sewn up sheep's stomach.
In other words, it's basically a large sausage.
