firstly the ecology wont be disturbed as the activities of the mill will be under govt regulations........ secondly ......setting up the mill will be an oppurtunity of employment for the people thus enabling the fact that they can now provide a livelihood for their families. if at all some wastes are produced the mill can be shifted next to the water treatment plan thus enabling the treatment of the(so-called)"polluted water.

As a member of tourist board i won't like that a mill is set up as it would harm the scenic beauty and would distract the attention of the tourists coming to this heaven ever year in large numbers.....it would also lead to a contraction of tourists here...
