There are two options or ways to get over it... One is surgery (by which we insert a clip) , the other is to inject O3(Ozone injections,,,As prescribed by your doctor).
If u r a person who don't do much hard work and the pain is low..., better to get physiotherapy..... or if u r a person with much pain and has to do hard work go for O3 injections......
