Haunted houses and treasure often have nothing to do with each other. However, there is a slight possibility that a ghost may be guarding a treasure because quite often a ghost can be attached to an object so treasure could be this object. But generally hunted houses have nothing to do with treasure.

personally, my favorite is the Secret of the Old Clock. The Treasure in the Royal Tower or the Message in a Haunted Mansion are probably two of the most popular.
