The power switch for Kino Der Toten is located in the main theater room. You will have to get through 3/4 rooms at the minimum to get to it. The Power switch for "Five" is located in the third floor of the pentagon, refered to as "the lab" by most players. You will have to go through the unlockable first floor hallway, then the elevator, then the nerve center, and down the second elevator. then its easily found.
