The muscles which are under the control of the brain are called voluntary muscles. Eg: the muscles in your hand, thigh etc., Humans are also animals.
The muscles that require conscious control are called voluntary muscles, or skeletal muscles.
You can not control the smooth muscles as well as cardiac muscles of your body. They are called as involuntary muscles.

Humans have over 600 voluntary muscles in their body. These muscles are under conscious control and are responsible for movements like walking, running, and lifting objects.
There are no muscles that are controlled by force of will. Your brain sends messages to the nerves that control your muscles and that is what moves them.

There are some muscles in the body we cannot control: they are called involuntary muscles and cardiac muscles. Involuntary muscles are found in the digestive tract for example. Cardiac muscles are found in the heart. Neither these two muscle types are controlled. We can control what are called voluntary muscles which are the muscles that were used to move our bones.
