Adductors
The muscles that bring a body part toward the body are called adductor muscles. They are responsible for moving a part of the body closer to the midline.
Moving of a body part toward the main axis of the body is called adduction. Moving away from the main axis of the body is called abduction.
The muscle that brings the limb toward the body is primarily the adductor muscle group. In the context of the legs, the adductors are located in the inner thigh and are responsible for moving the legs inward toward the midline of the body. Similarly, in the arms, muscles like the pectoralis major can assist in bringing the arms closer to the torso.
The deep muscles of the human body are generally called intrinsic muscles. The muscles that are closer to the skin are called superficial muscles.
skeletal muscles
You can not control the smooth muscles as well as cardiac muscles of your body. They are called as involuntary muscles.
The deep muscles of the human body are generally called intrinsic muscles. The muscles that are closer to the skin are called superficial muscles.
Sphincters (circular muscles)
Adductor muscles allow the bringing of the leg toward the midline of the body. In contrast, abductor muscles allow limbs to be drawn outward away from the body.
Adduction brings the body part toward the midline of the body. Example, raise arms above your head and clasp your hands together Abduction brings the body part away from the midline of the body. Example, raise your arms from the waist up to shoulder height keeping the hands level with the shoulders

Circular and Longitudinal muscles.
