The Grim Reaper is a walking skeleton with an all black clothing carrying a scythe that uses it to reap the souls of the dead. Or some people say that the Grim Reaper is just a name that means death. people say that for every swing of his scythe thousands of souls are "harvested" the black cloak comes from the clothes people wore when they went into morning. the problem with that is that the grim reaper is a skeleton and the clothes of the dead were usually white.

The grim reaper is a messenger of death he is nor good or evil in my opinion he work for god and the devil at the same time because the grim reaper sends souls into the after life than as the souls get judged he send them to haven or hell
