Dialga: Spear Pillar. Found at Lvl 47 ( Diamond Only )
Palkia: Spear Pillar. Found at Lvl 47 ( Pearl Only )
Azelf: Lake valor. Found at Lvl 50
Uxie: lake acuity. Found at Lvl 50
Mesprit: Lake Verity. Found at Lvl 50 ( Run away Pokemon like Latios/Latias )
After the Pokemon league
Giratina: Spring Path. Found at Lvl 70
Cresselia: FullMoon Island. Found at Lvl 50 ( Run away Pokemon like Latios/Latias )
Heatran: Stark Mountain. Found at Lvl 70
Rotom: Haunted Mansion in Eterna Forest. Found at Lvl 15 (note:he has more than one form but in diamond he cant change)
Avalible by Cheats/Other Games
Arceus: Found at Spear Pillar after using Azure Flute. Found at Lvl 80 ( Cheats )
Shaymin: Route 224 after giving professer oak the Oak letter. Found at Lvl 30 (Cheats)
Darkai: Walk Through walls at new moon island to get to new moon island. Found at lvl 40 (Cheats)
Manaphy: Pokemon Ranger Manaphy Egg. (Transer)
Phione: Breed Manaphy P.S Phione does not evolve into manaphy

Hi. not same person answering. to find Shaymin you have to defeat the Pokemon league. then use surf to get to an ilind. It will be in like the mittle of no where. walk around and you will see a Pokemon standing there. that's Shaymin. it is a level 30.

There is no designated list because some Pokemon can major between sweeper or tank. If your looking for a sweeper than try a Gliscor, Weavile, or Starmie.
