The files associated with viruses vary widely. A lot of malware written for computers today use random names for many of their files, like fidj89dx.dll (as an example) to make them hard to recognise. Some malware, such as that sent out through emails, may use a name that sounds innocent and related to the content of the message so that the user will open it (for example, "movie.exe" or "document.exe". It is, however, impossible to say for sure what the name of any malware file is. If you find a file you're suspicious of, you should upload a copy of the file to a service like Kaspersky Anti-Virus's online virus checker so that it can be scanned.
The Macintosh computer is not normally known to have viruses. Antivirus programs keep computers safe. Intego, Kapersky, and Avast are the names of popular programs.
