"Seven Seas" is the ancient term for "all the oceans in the world." In ancient Greece, which is where we got the term, this included all of the seas around Greece: the Adriatic, the Mediterranean, the Black, the Caspian, the Arabian, the Red, and also the Persian Gulf. Nowadays, we realize that there are more seas than that, but the main oceans are the North and South Atlantic, North and South Pacific, Arctic, Indian, and Southern (Antarctic).
