The fraud alerts are free for anyone to put on their credit record and if one of the companies doesn't place a fraud alert on your file after the request made by lifelock they are also covered there. They agreement states they "will attempt to renew the fraud alerts every 90 days." Well if they attempt to renew the alert and you become a victim of ID Theft you aren't covered because it's not a "Defect in service."
They have also done extras to protect Todd Davis' identity as much as possible. For example Todd's full name is Richard Todd Davis- Not just Todd Davis.
