Why do people think that Pokemon Diamond is better than Pearl if they are the same other than Dialga or Palkia?
Perhaps they think Dialga is better than Palkia, or they like the Pokemon that are exclusive to Diamond better than the ones that are exclusive to Pearl.

One of the two legendary Pokemon Dialga or Palkia will be there. Catch it, then leave and return to encounter the other one. Ultra Balls are recommended
