The first password is obtained when you beat the 2 team rocket grunts on MT. Ember located on 1 island. Also when you beat the 2 rockets you unlock the cave in front of them which contains the ruby needed by celio at the Pokemon center. When you get the ruby you give it to celio (at the Pokemon center on island 1), when you give it to him he will give you the rainbow pass that lets you travel to 456&7 island. You then travel to 6 island and go first to the east and then downward. You will be in the ruins. keep searching through the ruins until you fund a silver plated door. There will be a scientist in front of the door that wont let you in. Talk to him then go to island 4. When there you go to the ice cave. In the ice cave get hm 07. Teach it to one of your Pokemon and then go to the cave entrance again. When there you go up the waterfall in the cave and you will meet lorelei ( from the Pokemon league) she will have you battle the team rocket guys and after you beat them you leave the cave. When you get out go to island 6 again and go back to the ruins with the silver plated door the scientist will be gone but it will be locked. Use cut to the door and it will open. Go in and fall through the holes and you will see the Sapphire. When you go to grab it a the scientist will go and take it from you. The scientist brings the Sapphire to the rocket HQ (isl. 5) but he gives you the second password. You then have the 2 passwords to open the rocket HQ on island 5 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
