Mollie is not like any of the other animals. She is conceited, and all she likes is pretty ribbons and lump sugar. She is told she cannot have those things after the rebellion. She asks dumb questions, and is generally a fool.
Squealer is convincing, witty and cunning.
Convincing--->He is able to convince the animals to trust and believe that Napoleon is doing his best for them, and cooperate with the pigs by twisting the truths. Napoleon is just exploiting the animals and sent Squealer around to assure the animals so that they would not go against Napoleon.
Witty---------->He is quick thinking and witty. When explaining things to the animals, he is able to react quickly on the spot when doubts are raised, almost without thinking to make them seem more realistic. For example, when he was telling the animals that Napoleon being the leader is a deep and heavy responsibility and Snowball was no better than a criminal, somebody said that Snowball fought bravely at the battle of the cowshed. But Squealer rebutted him and said that bravery was not enough, discipline was more important and threatened that Jones would be back if they did not follow the pigs.
Cunning------>He is cunning. He is able to use logical fallacies to control what the animals think. When the animals saw that the van which took the sick and injured Boxer away has the knackers' sign on it, they yelled for him to get out and they all knew that he was being sent to the knackers. But Squealer explained to them that it was foolish thinking and Boxer was given the best of treatment at a hospital at which Napoleon paid for the best medicines without having a thought for how much it would cause and he died a peaceful death.
Boxer is a very strong horse. He works, works, works, and works in every spare second that he has. He will listen to anyone in charge, and does not come up with his own ideas.

Squealer the pig
The fifth commandment in Animal Farm was that no animal should consume alcohol. The irony is that Squealer fell from the ladder because he was drunk.

Squealer is the pig responsible for spreading the propaganda of Napoleon to the other residents of the farm. Squealer uses his skill at jargon and speech to keep the animals firmly under napoleons control.
When George Orwell describes Squealer as being able to "turn black into white", he is in fact referring to Squealer's persuasive skill. In other words, Squealer has enough persuasive talent to be able to convince the animals in Animal Farm that black is white or vice-versa.
Snowball, Napoleon, and Squealer are all characters in the novel, Animal Farm. The book was written by George Orwell, and published in August of 1945.
