Hypoglycemia in general temporarily depletes oxygen to the brain, therefore the person in question experiences light headedness,may feel disoriented , dizzy, confused, scared, angry,or over emotional, until blood sugar levels are brought back up to normal range. The aftermath of a hypoglycemic attack will leave most people feeling both very psychically and emotional exhausted.
