Im half libyan and from what ive seen in my visits to Libya since i was a kid (Im now 15) , is that they have the basic farm animals - sheep, cows, goats, chickens - and they have these foxes called fennec foxes, also this type of lynx im not sure what you would call it but its bigger than your average cat. They have LOTS of lizards and snakes, and also loads of camels.. Many horses too!
Libya is primarily a desert country, and has a typical desert ecosystem with a few plants, save around oases, and numerous animals that are nocturnal and burrow to avoid the daily heat.
