User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

The main cities are on the coast, like the capital Tripoli, Benghazi, Misurata, Tobruk, and others. Beyond the coastline the country is mainly a vast desert with several major towns in the south, and many smaller towns all over the country.

As for accommodation, Libyans living in the cities reside in the same types of structures as anywhere else, brick houses, residential buildings, apartments, villas, with varying degrees of quality. In the smaller towns it is similar, with some people living in farm houses and other types of farming related dwellings.
