I work in the auto industry , have so since 94'. The industry , I feel , has grown so big that it needs to down size in order for the companeys and the workers to make a profit. I know that means lost jobs but there are some jobs that are not nessiary. There are to many boss's and the CEO's are making to much money. Who needs to make a million a year for so many years. A man can make a good living for a lot less. Most people don't see 45 to 50 G's a year and get by. And when the economy starts to get better then the profits would be there for the industry and can pay back the money that has been given to them from the tax payers. I'm just a simple man that is in death like the rest and not a collage man at that. If the CEO's would just go one year with 1/2 the pay just think how much that would help the industry????
