The roadside stand was put up by the poor man to earn some money so that he could change his life style. He wishes to raise his family and himself from poverty. But the city dwellers never stop by to buy their goods. And even if they did, it was only to ask for directions or to know where the near gas station was. The main problem faced was, the government were to buy their property to build theatres,stores etc. All the village people was to be moved to another place near the city. This made the villagers feel abit insecure.
