economic - meaning fidning funding for the research

technical - meaning access to equipments and modern tools

political and social - meaning one may need get the help and support from people around him because they fail to see the benifit

having said that all these are general manifestations of country that is very poor - it is not limited to nepal only

eventhough its poeple are nice and want to do better
