1. Make a folder in a place in a drive.
2. Right-click and go to "Send To" and choose "Desktop (create shortcut).
Easy right?
C:\users\jane\desktop
open the folder of your phone then drag the song from desktop to mobile folder
You highlight and drag 'em to the desktop.
Click on the folder - that's the installation file. It will 'unpack' itself into a new directory, and place shortcuts on your desktop & start menus. Once it has installed, you can delete that folder from your desktop.
Right Click on the icon on the Desktop. Click Cut Navigate to the folder you want it in. Right Click in the folder. Click Paste.
C:\users\jane\desktop
put in a folder on your desktop or drag and drop
From the Finder's File menu select New Folder (or use the keyboard shortcut - Shift, Command, N) or right click on the Desktop and select New folder from the menu.
The desktop itself is a visual display of the desktop folders that reside in C:\Documents and Settings\(username/all users)\Desktop (unless an administrator has moved the folder to another location) When the computer loads, it looks to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop for items to be displayed to all users and displays those in the main window. It will then look to ../*username*/desktop for personal desktop items to display if there are any.
Locate the Video folder and copy the file to your desktop
There are two different ways to accomplish what you are looking for. The first is to redirect the desktop folder to a file server on your network. By redirecting the desktop folder, the users desktop will be available to them wherever they log in
In Windows, the default installation drive letter is C:, and the desktop folder will be in C:\Users\\Desktop\ (Windows Vista and newer) or C:\Documents and Settings\\Desktop\ (Windows XP), and for GNU/Linux distributions, /home//Desktop/(or simply ~/Desktop/ for any user that's logged in, will be directed to their own desktop folder)
