you should exersise daily
Muscles are all attached to bones. By contracting they become shorter and move the bones. This is the way we move.
Muscles supply support and a way for bones to move/bend at the joints without falling apart.

The way the muscles are attached to the bones is what facilitates locomotion. The muscles contract which makes the bones move and creates locomotion.
Nothing, the ligaments and muscles surrounding the bones get stronger, but the bones themselves don't change in any way
Muscles work by contracting not extending. Thus the mechanics of a body powered by muscles needs to work with that property. Muscle groups are therefore paired, on to pull a lever one way on one side of the hinge and another to pull the other way on the other side.
The ways in which a string puppet work similar to the way our bones and muscles work are quite simple. The strings being attached to the areas they are and pulling each area which in turn pulls the next, is similar to the way our muscles, bones, and joints, work together to help us move about.
just the same way people do muscles and bones
Muscles are attached to bones by way of tendons so tendons help you move your bones (body).
The only way that skeletal muscles are attached to bones by tendons. There is more than one place that the bone is can attach to the tendon.
Muscles develop first. Cartilage forms in place of many bones in the embryo and baby, to make it more flexible on its way out of the womb. The cartilage is then replaced by bones in a process called ossification, and is usually finished by the time the baby is 6 months old. There are 206 bones in an adult body, you have more bones when you're younger. Though, the exact number of muscles is not know, there are a lot more muscles. A rough estimate of more than 600 muscles.
The bones are the building blocks of the body. They support the surrounding muscles, connective tissues, etc. as well as providing protection for the major organs (for example: the cranium protects the brain, the ribs protect the lungs). The muscles are what attach to these bones allowing them to move in conjunction with one another. The muscle are attached to the bones by tendons. Muscles will contract and expand to move the bones. This is a very, very basic answer and I am in no way a scientist. If someone knows more then please explain further. Or, look up 'muscles' and 'bones' on Google or Wikipedia.
