Take it from me that just got hired!!!

1) Fill application and list all your accomplishments. Add personality when you write. Write as if you were being interview by a good friend and be very sincered.

2) TURN YOUR APPLICATION IN DIRECTLY TO THE STORE MANAGER. This is the best policy when you really want to land the job.

3) Once they've received your application wait to get called, If there's no call, go back in and talk to the manager.

4) The interview process is the most important part of the qualifications. When being interview they'll ask, "Why do you want to work at Victoria's Secret?." Answer. Be modest and give a supporting answer. For example, tell them how you'll encounter so many women who'll need your help to make themselves "feel beautiful" by loving their own body type and being comfortable with their sensuality. Include race, body figure types, and emphasize on delivering excellent customer service at all cost. Be confident, but above all...be yourself!

I landed this job on a walk-in basis, no time for a quick lip gloss fix up, and "dress for success" outfit. Let your words speak louder than your image, and watch how competing against 5 or 6 girls isn't so intimidating after all.
