It's formed by inflection of the intended verb into masu-stem and then adding 'mashou'. Like Nomu (to drink) => Nomimasu (polite form, masu form) => - masu = Nomi (masu stem) => + mashou = Nomimashou (let's drink). There are other ways too but this is standard and polite form.
