I am 28 years old female and in my case the reason stated by doctor is tuberculin infection for the Koch's abdomen. initially the diagnosis was very confusing and it took time to revealed the clear picture .ultra sound, then CT scan and followed by barium meal follow tests revealed that i have intestinal tuberculosis,whereas TB gold test was negative.
