if you've got all 3 regis (registeel, regirock, regice) and u go 2 snowpoint temple with them in your party (plus u need a Pokemon with rock smash, strengh, and rock climb, such as geodude) and youget through the puzzle you talk to the big statue at the end and it wakes up its regigigas. he has the ability slow start so for the first 5 turns he sucks then hes really good although hes a suckish guy for battling so good luck
